Grendin's Ghoul Story Part 34A

So you know all the details of my glorious plan, of how this wonderful place came to being but this next part is where the town learns of my true plan for this place. The first thing I did when we got back to town, was make it so that I had a way to make our helpful hands able to be even more helpful. Yeah I know I am not that good at naming things. Yeah I know that the name of this temple is rather on the nose. You don't have to remind me.

I than went to talk to the book seller. Learning that I could easy buy the whole place but rather figure that I should keep a friendly relationship with the human that ran it. I think Gemma stated that she was doing something with Otari's body. Something at the Dawn Flower. I have mentioned that I didnt like that guy right? Well I didn't. I was alreay cooking up ways to make his grave an unholy site, or torment his soul. But we will get to that latter.

I so want to tell you how I did that now, but thats latter. Now its about going to tell all the important people. I so wanted Nicodemus and Yinyasmera to show up together at the meeting. So I went to Yinyasmera and personally invited them to the meeting I was doing. I also needed to get that dude his meal. I maybe doing the stuff for Gemma, but Once a thief guild member, always a thief guild member.

I, Grendin am nothing if not loyal to those I work for. I would never take a contract to hunt a thief, or Gemma, because I have worked for them before. I also won't stop others from taking a contract to hurt either though. I wonder how Gemma is doing, She is an elf, and they do cheat. They are really long lived cheaters. They make Dwarfs feel like they die way to fast.

Yes I am aware our kind are also cheaters of death, that we live to long, but that just means we can get more shit done. That we can do good things around town.

I went to the post services and made sure all the towns key players were there. The Dwarven section was invinted. As mentioned the Guild was invented. The Creepy mage was invited. Our competition the other temple was invited. The mayor of the town was invited. Of course, my good friend, well probable my only friend at the time Kelekdu was invited to the meeting. Of course my at the time employer was invited. She did invite a lot of the others we are travelling with, which means they all got to hear me lore dump about my own personal history.

I had the meeting set up at the dwarven tarven of the kid that we rescued. She really loved her son, and offered the place for free. Fun times. Fun times.
