Growing up middle class, with a father as a tech salesmen, and a mother who worked as seamstress, life was good for Dustin. While he was bullied in school, Anime was a good escape from that. He had a few friends that he hung out with, not really the anime geeks, more like the outcasts. Dustin could of hanged out with people that liked anime as well, but decided that hanging out with the other people that were bullied, or just ignored would be better.
This people became much better friends, respecting there differences. This caused Dustin to know a small amount in a lot of areas. Being a fan of anime, and a son of a seamstress, lead Dustin to be able to cosplay rather well.
He is unsure if his friends are alive or not, he did have to watch both his parents die to the virus. After watching both his parents die, and wondering why he didn't die. It took him about a week to get a plan, and that plan is to get back to his home town. Which was a challenge in itself, due to it being south of where he was. South of Ren City.
Making his way down, he learnt a few things about the zombies. Having a few very close run ins, he eventually learnt the colour thing, and used it in making costumes. Though having to travel by foot by himself, means he had to work on the costumes at night, and also take supplies for the costumes when found. Having gone through a few due to wear and tear he was glad he found his latest costume in the random house he was in.
With a bit of modifications it was wearable, and pink. With the newest costume, Dustin continues to head through Ren City to his goal. To see if his friends from his home town are still alive.
